6-Week Aikido Challenge for Adult Beginners

Have you tried our Free Trial Lesson and want to continue? Our 6-Week Aikido Challenge is designed for people who:

  • Want to try Aikido but feel hesitant

  • Are curious about Japanese martial arts

  • Want to improve fitness, balance, and confidence

 

Course Details

  • Time & Date: Tuesday & Thursday, 18:00 - 19:30

  • Duration: 6 weeks (12 classes)

  • Fee: $200 (training + insurance included)

 

What You Will Learn:

  • Kihon Waza: Basic techniques

  • Taisabaki: Body movements

  • Maai: Space awareness

  • Kokyu: Breathing exercises

  • Ukemi: Falling safely

  • Connections between Aikido and Japanese Sword movements

  • Simple self-defense applications
